This work table is worth considering if you’re looking for a solid, stable surface for your press. It comes in 46′, 52′, 62′ and 72 inches long and Husky offers it in a white or black frame, with drawers or without. All sizes can be found at Home Depot. The 52′ can also be found on Amazon. I purchased the 72 inch and very happy I did. The additional length is well worth the cost. The table height is adjustable and it comes with leveling feet as well as casters. The optional roomy drawers open and close smoothly and are extremely useful to store production supplies i.e. heat transfers, pressing pads/sheets, scissors, rulers, etc. Below I’ll detail everything you’ll need to know before deciding if this will work for you.
Assembly
Assembling this table is straight forward as long as you follow the instructions. It comes with a wrench but you will also need a Phillips head screwdriver. All of the holes are already pre-drilled.
You will install this table upside down so doing it on a moving blanket works well to cushion and protect the table. This will also help when turning the table over after assembly and you’ll be able to do so if you don’t have an extra hand.
There was one part of the table that was challenging and that was the crossbar support. It can be installed in the middle or towards the back of the table. As you can see, I installed it in the back so it’s not in the way and that can be additional storage space.
So you have to align all four screws before you’re able to fully tighten the crossbar and because the screws are a bit short, it’s very easy to think you were sent the wrong screws or there’s a defect somewhere. It took me numerous attempts before I was able to finally get past this step. If I had to do this over, I would have someone hold the crossbar in place while I would align and tighten all of the screws. Do yourself a favor and ask someone to help.

Conclusion
This is the most important piece of equipment after my heat press and I’m happy and grateful that Husky did such a great job with this adjustable work table. I use the casters and it is really stable when I press. There’s zero movement. The wood top is solid and it is really smooth. A great surface for laying out your apparel and heat transfers and it supports my 120 lb. heat press no problem.
I recommend using the casters as the table weighs 142 lbs. when fully assembled, so having it on wheels makes it a breeze to move around even with a heat press on top of it.
I almost purchased the model without the drawer, but glad I didn’t because the 2 drawers are really useful and handy to have. I store all of my production supplies in them and they’re within arms reach if I need anything. They also act like an extension of the table top.
I am 5′ 10 so the ability to adjust the height between 26′-42′ covers all of my needs. I have the table height higher when I’m cutting transfers and slightly lower when I’m pressing. Being able to adjust the table height on the fly is invaluable. Once adjusted, simply slide off the removable crank arm so it’s not in the way.
If you’re in the market for a table to press on, I highly recommend this Husky adjustable work table. You won’t have any regrets.
