For t-shirts, sweatshirts, and hoodies the minimum is 12 pieces for a one sided print and 24 pieces for a two sided print. If you need more design placements than this, please inquire.

Please bare with us as we do not currently have a way to pay on our website. We will send you an invoice that will contain all the different payment methods we accept.

This all depends on the quantity of your order and the number of print areas. It will take 2-5 business days for us to receive your apparel and heat transfers. We will begin decorating as soon as this is delivered to us.

Payments, Refunds, Returns

Because everything is made to order, we do not accept returns. Any manufacturing defects will be addressed.

We accept all major credit cards, cash, check, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, ACH Direct Debit.

No! We are not a screen printer hence zero setup fees.

Of course! Just let us know what the apparel is exactly and material.

We offer free local delivery within 25 miles of Jericho, NY.

We are not a wholesaler in the traditional sense, however we partner with wholesale distributors. 

Currently we do not, however we will meet with our customers at safe locations to show samples from projects we’ve worked on in the past.

Yes! We would be more than happy to show you samples.

Please submit all artwork as a vector file i.e. .svg, .pdf, .ai, etc.

We currently do not, but it’s definitely something we may offer in the future.
